I am going to up my water intake and see if that helps with my being so tired during the day. Im about to do 30 minutes of excersies.... im not sure which program yet. In about 5 minutes I'll know :)
**UPDATE** Did 20 minutes of cardio... will do 20 minutes of abs tomorrow and probably 20 minutes of cardio as well.**
last time i ate was around 5:30 before I slept for 4.5hrs :-\ I've been up for an hour and Im going to need to force myself back to sleep since I have work in the morning :( I am trying NOT to eat anything since it is after 9pm.
Took my 2 multi-vitamins, 3 Biotin and 2 Fish&Flaxseed oil pills this morning. Im going to need to up my calcium since I started the Depo shot on saturday.
