Once again, I present the primary problem that many people seeking weight loss, and physical fitness, encounter, and have little, or no control in overcoming.
A combined effort of Motivation and Commitment. Especially this time of year when many of us, make their resolutions for these changes, and within a short period the aforementioned efforts begin to fade, and eventually fall into a vortex of apathy.
I will continue to explore meditation and self-hypnosis for solutions to this personal dilemna and hopefully, if found, will share with others who encounter these issues of resistance.
