my weight still stalled.. i will keep trying!!! =D

i will try keep exercise and i will try do 10 day egg fasting to loose my weight bit more!

i will try my best thu! <3
214.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Staying the same weight for a week or so is very normal. It doesn't mean its stalled. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even know. I would keep on doing what you are doing because you are doing great. Ten days of eggs would make me hurl. Remember you need to change the way you eat for life in order to keep the weight off. So keep on plan and keep going. Kick up your activity a little. But you are doing great.

thank guys! i will keep doing log and food log.. and i will do 30 days challenge: no cheese, no sweeter, and no any dairy like cream cheese, nothing! allowed to eat : eggs, any meats, any fresh seafoods grass-feed butters, olive oil for cooking plain coffee, plain hot green tea, and alot of water.. i find i have issues with carving sweeter like peanutbutter fatbomb i had ate few day ago . that cause i have troble to stop carving.. i was just cant stop eating them.. but now i did stopped it today.. so trw will be fresh start of 30 challenge diet to goal loose more weight =).. thank for your support!!! =)
