2 more pounds!! YEAH! Doesn't seem like much when you have so much to lose, but any loss is good. I haven't followed the plan perfectly, but have been pretty good. I haven't eaten any junk food or fast food. When I have gone over my points it has been with protein rich low fat foods. I'm just focusing on one day at a time.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh my gosh...congratulations! I have to tell you, losing 2 lbs means that you cut/and burned over 7000 calories out of your body! if you look at it like that, you realize that it's a HUGE victory!! keep it up! I'm rootin' for you!!

congratulations, any pounds tht you loose is pounds you dont have to carry around anymore..each day is a new day to get back on track...keep focused to hit your goal, and be patient..it does take time...

I never looked at 2 pounds as 7000 calories before. Makes me wander just how much I really was eating before, kinda scary! Thanks for all the support, it really makes it easier to stick to it when you have people rooting for you.
