Okay this is an even -20 pounds since I've joined fat secret. I'm changing and now fat secret's changing it's looks too, hmmmm must be in the air. I have tohold tight through the weekend, and definately get my exercise in. BUT first I need coffee.
Fiber Cereal w/milk=5
1/2 chicken breast=3
green beans=0
healthy choice dinner for tonight=6
1 sl wheat bread=1
salad w/dressing=3
sm. apple=1
carrot sticks=0
couple of tomato's=0

total points for Fri. 19 pts out of 24,
5 to play with today...;)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

I agree I need to workout but the coffee is in front of me now!!! great job on the 20lbs you must feel great about yourself
