staying focused on not eating late at night
169.8 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Yes, that's hard for me too. The mindless nibble here and there. I'm trying to stop that.

It's hard! That's truly one of my weaknesses. But I've been picking the healthier choices instead and smaller portions.
