First day back to 24 hour fitness in about 4 days. Given the fact that we are in the holidays I feel pretty good having weighed in at 182.75 lbs. I still have my eye on the prize though at 180 lbs. Maybe I will achieve 180 by end of year.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
