Soooooo. I haven't lost much weight, but I'll take what I have and keep working toward the goal.
249.2 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good luck. For me, recording everything in the food diary makes all the difference. It is a great way to examine what works and what doesn't.
