First week of being back on Weight Watchers has been good. I am eating more fruits and vegetables since the majority are zero points. I still need to watch my calorie content. Very happy with my results. I just have to remember to watch what I eat, exercise and don't get discouraged if I only lose a little each week. Better to lose it gradually to keep it off longer.
