Did the 3-day Cardiac diet to see if it would help "jump start" my weight loss since I am not having much luck. I lost 5 pounds which was great; but gained 2.5 back within 4 days. I kind of expected that, but it's okay.
I am going back to Weight Watchers to see if this will help. I am a lifetime member, so why not, right?? I hope this helps me get back on track. These 20 pounds need to go away!!
