I'll take it. Scale was a little squirly this past week. Made me nervous. I've added some pull-ups - hope to keep it going and plan to start lifting after Jan 1.
160.7 lb Lost so far: 26.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
