This is Sunday. Went away for the weekend and did not get back til today. Am back on the diet, but will not weigh in until tomorrow. Hopefully will not do that bad.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
