It's been a month since I've been on here, and I am happy to say that I've lost 8 pounds! I've been a vegetarian for a month now, and I wasn't sure if it was going to help me lose weight....but I guess it has! My challenge was to cut out all meats for 3 months..I've gone 1 month, now I have 2 more to go. It's actually been really easy for me. I thought I was going to crave the meat, but surprisingly I haven't.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

I am a semi-vegetarian or flexitarian and I love it. I've dropped a lot of weight. SUPER drop!
