My wife has had a total knee replacement this week making it difficult to post. I've lost 2 inches around my waist I tend to carry weight mor on my upper body.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1070 kcal Fat: 46.33g | Prot: 49.97g | Carb: 113.15g.   Breakfast: Rice Dream Original Rice Milk Drink, Chex Cereal. Lunch: Hormel Spam Classic, Franz 7 Grains Gluten Free Bread, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Strawberries. Snacks/Other: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). more...
