Sore and tired today. Going to take it a little more easy than I was planning.
I'll walk tomorrow rather than today.
Good weight loss this week!

3.7 pounds lost this week. WoHoo. Exercise looks bad on the scale in the short-term, but great in the long-term.
Hope it will keep up.
I had been averaging 1.5 per week.
235.9 lb Lost so far: 64.1 lb.    Still to go: 100.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
