Went gym this morning and did a 20 minute HiiT workout. 2-3 ratio (rest-running) Followed by 20 min shoulder workout. Felt a bit week today, didn't have much energy as normal. My body water was very low at the weigh in. Might need to ramp up the calories again starting next week.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
