Today was the official start of our Office challenge.
We will compete for 11 weeks.
My goals are to lose an avg of 5.8# per week.
I can achieve this with a certain amount of focus and discipline.
Keeping my calories to below 1500 a day.
taking in 138oz of water daily
Removing sugar, breads, beef, pork, lamb, dairy and diary products and all fried forms of food.
Using a semi- vegan diet, of Whole grain(White rice) fresh veggies, Fresh seafood; steamed or broiled. Skinless chicken breast (not marinated)
Week 1 i expected to see a sizable loss of 10 #, this being mostly a purge of inpurities and water balancing etc..
Week 2 i can lose about 7.5# from there forward in the remaining 9 weeks, i will avg from 5.2 to 4.5 # per week
I should total out, without cheats at 63.8# lost by challenge end.

That will put me at a 4# difference in weight goal.
I may along the way, have to adjust my diet and activity to break a barrier or two.
