Amazing is went down! Had my birthday and just the holiday usual. Really been watching what I eat though. Went walking with my neighbor Saturday and Sunday - it was in high 50's here in Kansas! So even though I haven't been on here or logging it has worked which tells me I am doing good and might be able to maintain without struggling too hard (A worry I was having, been a big yo-yo dieter my whole adult life). Hope every one is doing well. I'm going to try to peek at buddies journal to keep up. Will be back full time in January. Merry Christmas!♥♥
