I got the 17 Day Diet book from the library ..I'm doing OK on my diet but thought it was a good idea to see what other diets are having to eat, Kinda the same...no sugar...low fat lean protein....this is just another tool in my diet arsenal to fight fat. I really believe I'm going to be successful..and at my age I need to keep it off..heart problems at pretty rampant in my age bracket...I need to start paying attention....help me get into this Lord.
