I've been doing so poorly with my workout routine, and been falling back into bad habits. I have been able to keep my portions small though, and I think that's the only reason I'm not failing completely.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.6 lb a week
