The past two weeks I have been struggling with a chest cold. I have tried some minor work outs but I have trouble breathing. I'm hoping I can start again by the end of this week.

I've been doing so poorly with my workout routine, and been falling back into bad habits. I have been able to keep my portions small though, and I think that's the only reason I'm not failing completely.

Weigh-in: 191.0 lb
