eat at chipotle didn't have rice, had extra beans..I still think it was too many calories...did good the rest of the day..really having trouble with my elemination...had a BM today...first in 2 days...I may not be eating enough raw food...I'll try and do better...just had lunch..raw bell peper and cauliflower with soup..this may help...I haven't been doing as much walking either....it's been cold...when then sun drops down around 3 it gets too cold for me...I need to go earlier. I'm doing OK mentally...really have not cheated...that is surprising...I thought I'd want some ice cream...I'm glad...well..really proud...didn't think I could do this...seems I can..=}
