Been 122.6 for 2 days so I gave up. Counting calories starting today. Plan is to eat 1200 on Tuesdays & Friday's when I can only do an hour morning workout & burn 500 calories. The other 5 days eat 1500 & work out 2 hours or 1000 calories burned. This has to work, right??? If not, I will hang myself if I have to go back to low carb!!!
