I've been following the 21 Day Fix program since April 11th, so for 3 months. With proper nutrition and exercise I have lost 28 pounds. Portion control without counting calories, and great exercise has been the key. I'm getting all the fit groups I need, eating cleanly, and feeling amazing.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
