Seems i keep loosing weight. I dont really mind ofcourse but it is very difficult for me to let the diet thought go. Im satisfied with my current weight and dont need to lose more. But how do i STOP dieting? Im afraid to let the diet thought go, but enough is enough. I knew this would happen because 20 years ago i had the same problem and almost ended with a boulimia problem. So i really need to get the diet thought out of my mind. Pffffffff...............and start thinking in a relaxed but responsible way about taking food. First step now is increase my RDI up to 1500 calories now. Lets see if this works.
141.3 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
