I'm experiencing a major plateau right now. My weight hasn't budged and its kind of frustrating but I'm not going to let it discourage me. Its been tough trying to find time to go to the gym but I try to go at least once a week. I think maybe the problem is that I've reached a point where I need to do more strength training instead of cardio. I'll switch things up and see what happens.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
