My weight is at least not going up which is good but its still mildly frustrating that its stayed so stagnant this month. Hopefully with added strength training I'll start losing at a reasonable pace again.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
