completely blew it!! quit working out due to tendonitus, was running daily and up to three miles which is GIANT!! screeching halt with ankle injury and depression set in, coupled with steroids for the injury and I am 7 pounds heavier. RIDICULOUS! Back on the wagon today-back to the gym. Healthy eating and consistancy.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Your story is almost my story - except when I hit 150 I let it go - and go and go.....I do the SAME thing with working out....today I went to the gym and did 2 1/2 miles...which is GREAT for me becasue I love tennis and raquetball...IS SO UNDERSTAND

Don't know about you but if or when I lose a few it's almost like it makes hungrier or lazy, I am not sure which. I almost get this mentality where I say to myself, "that wasn't hard, now have an extra cookie!" Talk about self destruction!! :) (Good for you on the 2.5 miles)
