I am Kristi, a 36 year old stay at home mother of 3 boys living in Tennessee. I never really had worries about my weight before the age of 35. I always weighed heavy but my clothes fit me well so I was happy.

In January I quit smoking and suddenly the pounds went to my a**!! So, that's what muffin top is. I refuse to buy bigger jeans, I must stay motivated to get back into the old ones. My problem is that I can do really great, follow the program plus exercise religously then have one rainy day and I suddenly would like to eat anything, especially sweet stuff to the point where I feel so bloated and discouraged!

Somehow I can do this. Dig deep and find the determination that is required to really make it all work. Hold myself accountable. Get up and DO SOMETHING!

Try doing an online search. I just recently signed up for an organization called "Team in Training" that is in my town. They pair you up into groups with others who have similar goals. Good luck.
