I've had a couple of great intense workouts the past two days. Cycled on Monday for 60 minutes and ran 6.7 miles in 57 minutes on the treadmill yesterday! I maxed out the calorie counter on the treadmill at 999.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
