UGH!!!! I'm starting over today! I can't believe I gained back 21 of the 41 lbs that I lost...

178.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb. Still to go: 18.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

It is ok. This is the time of year that this happens. Just buckle down and re focus and you will be fine.
