Really happy to see that I'm back in the 104's :D

This drop brought my weight down to 104.8kg :) Now I'm just 0.8kg away from my lowest weight recorded on FatSecret in April this year.

It's really been an awesome journey so far and I'm enjoying life, indulging when I need to and not giving up anything but still losing weight/fat :)

All the best in your journey and always fill up your cup of motivation and stay positive :)
231.0 lb Lost so far: 52.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone :) I still have not got my Thursdays to be a low carb day but when I do reach a point where my weight/fat loss slows down then I will do so. Today I was going to have cake but then I decided to leave cake for the weekend and just enjoy mom's samp and mutton and for supper its going to be mutton breyani! lol! Im also eating some stuffed peppers but Im not going to keep track of its calories due to me not being the one making them. Oh well, It is a non-fast day after all :D

Looking forward to seeing you dropping the kg like a boss. Do you have a strategy for getting below 104kg. Hope you don't mind me asking #plantosucceed

LCFF I'm going to stick to the plan that's been working for me : 2 to 3 fast days a week of under 20 calories, Low Carb Tuesdays and trying to sort my Thursdays out with being more strict about it. I have over consumed since Thursday but I will try to drop my weight by this coming Thursday and if it doesn't drop then I'll move my weigh-in day to Saturday morning and be strict on the Thursday and Friday :) I've been losing the weight/fat in a somewhat relaxed way as I am not rushing it but I am considering having a little more self control to better my progress :)
