Week one of Body For Life is down, and Ive lost 5 pounds!! That really motivates me to do even better this week. There are several areas in the program where I could have done better, so this week IT IS ON!
I was worried when I stepped on the scale today because my free day was yesterday and I made christmas candy. But it all still worked out ok. I did the lower body workout this morning, and as soon as I started the lunges, my butt revolted. I got charlie horses like crazy, but I still completed every rep of every set.
