Week one of Body For Life is down, and Ive lost 5 pounds!! That really motivates me to do even better this week. There are several areas in the program where I could have done better, so this week IT IS ON!
I was worried when I stepped on the scale today because my free day was yesterday and I made christmas candy. But it all still worked out ok. I did the lower body workout this morning, and as soon as I started the lunges, my butt revolted. I got charlie horses like crazy, but I still completed every rep of every set.

On day three of the Body for Life diet. I feel like I am doing great so far. Have done the exercises every morning and done really good on the diet. I did have a small sundae from friendlys last night after my sons band concert (we all went out for dessert) but the fact is, I MADE a healthy dinner before we went- before we would have gone out to eat, and I picked the small sundae instead of the banana split-which is what I would have gotten in the past. I was very satisfied with the ice cream and I was having a LOT of cravings yesterday afternoon and I am not having any today, so it actually helped me.
