I saw a slight decrease in weight loss this morning although that could have been entirely due to dehydration for all I know!

How do I know whether weight loss is real or not!?!?!?
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
