This year had been ca-razy! There has been so much going on and I stretched myself too thin. And like with a rubber band I snapped. So I decided to take some time off from FS and as a result also from dieting. I really wasn't too bad especially because I was still more active than I use to be (but not as much as I am now). But that time off worked and I feel better. So I put in my next goal weight and I think I'm going to stick with smaller goal weights. It feels good to be back FS!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 65.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
