I notice just how much Sugar and Bad carbs can have effects.I really need to cut it out of my Day. But this while challenge is about learning right?
186.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This week is nothing like I planned. I don't know if its because I got lazy with the FS.com or what, but I pretty much ended right back to the beginning again. Kind of have that "wanna give up" attitude.but I will see this goal threw!
