Ok well I have been working out on the elliptical Monday and Tuesday. Tonight I will go to the gym and then again Sunday. Last night I did eat some fried chicken but I still managed to lose a pound!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
