Ack, I gained two pounds! Doubtless from stress-eating, so I must use those stress-relieving breathing exercises whether the stress is evident or not! After all, I simply have to find a job and a new place to live, as there are only a (very) few weeks left. Meanwhile, I'm off to walk my daily constitutional.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you for the reminder to keep everything in balance. The newspaper had only openings for skills and degrees other than what I have, and many ads for their "help wanted" website, so I went back online. Still checking everything, though, because I like to think I'm getting close!
