Yippee! Down two. Only problem is tonight is the night hubby and I go out for dinner and a movie. Dinner I can make it through relatively easy but that popcorn I know he is going to buy is going to be a killer!
Totally forgot about the sit-up challenge Opps!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I forgot about the sit-up challenge too - even printed out all of the sheets to get started. Let's start tomorrow - I think that it will really help.
