I competed at 140 on Oct 1. I had time off from my diet and nutrition plan to work on building muscle. I have to clean up my plan and get back on a healthy competition plan at about 1600 calories. I train about 5-6 days a week and need to get my head in the game with a goal! This would put me well on my way to being ready for my next show.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week
