Thought I may break into the 150's this weigh in but was 160 with my clothes on. Feeling good about my progress. Feeling fantastic about my clothes fitting better. Looking forward to another disciplined week..
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
