Halfway through week one of Project "Get my fat ass in shape". It has not been easy, but its so rewarding. I'm already enjoying eating healthier. I thought I'd go crazy without candy and junk and fast food. I did sort-of cheat, but not really. I worked out and needed calories and carbs, so I ordered Jimmy John's earlier. It was delicious AND gave me the protein I needed after a long workout. I could have had tuna, but I forgot I bought it. O well. Live and learn.

Workouts are going fantastic. Relearned what some of the stuff in the weight room does and got a nice workout on my triceps, biceps, and such. Did dumbbell curls, preacher curls, pulldowns, pushdowns, and more. Did my Power 90 workout. Did the full body workout on the elliptical.

Going great.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
