day number 3!!!! wooohoo. only problem is it's Rick's bday party and he's having pizza!!! thats like the most calorific food out there! considering one peice without the cheese.. if it's even good. that and some ham should suffice me! forget cake.
121.4 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
