finally starting to see small steady declines in my weight. I've really enjoyed the LCHF diet advice from Dietdoctor.com I'm amazed at how easy it has been to follow without all the craving for sugar I had before and I don't feel deprived or hungry. Sometime I do feel like there should be a giant pile of fat next to me in bed when I get up in the morning...lol but slow and steady will take me the long haul.
