Truth be told. I lost the plot on Thursday evening and weighed again on Friday 94.9 🙈 but was too embarrassed to log the gain. I lost a whole 2kg !! Yay
204.8 lb Lost so far: 99.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
