Gestern KH Tag. Möhrensuppe und Wassermelone zu üblichen EW. Gewichte bei Pump erhöht. Bizeps/Trizeps 5kg, Beine 10 kg, Brust 6kg, Rücken 8.5kg. Geil.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
