I finally weighed in AFTER 2 c of coffee, 75 min workout, and a bottle of Vitamin water zero, half of an avocado, and a protein bar. So that was cool. Just have to keep up the trend now!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
