Starting again, I had increased my weight but also becasue I have more muscle than in 2014. I go 5-6 days a week to the gym with 20 min of weights and 15 min of cardio and on Mondays I swim. My goal is to loose belly fat and lower my weight
224.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
