OK. so I'm still running like a freak. Have been doing interval trainings. Official goal: Runn a 10k next spring/summer. (*Run* the whole thing, time not important.)


As to the fact that I've been stuck at the 195-199 for the last month--Right now I could care less. My pants are a size 12. That's right, a twelve. And these are not "vanity-sized" pants. I can also fit into one pair of size 10s I own.

I'm meeting with a nutritionist on Dec 15 so we can evaluate the eating habits in my home and start taking the steps to make our food choices better for our bodies.

My cholesterol....not good. Have to lower it or will be on meds by my next physical.

Good news: The doctor confirmed that I've lost forty pouynds since last year's physical.

Good news again: Treadmill (loaner) should arrive this week. Good, because I refuse to run whe it's below 30 degrees outside. But Zumba is fun.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Sounds like you are doing great. Running can really help with weight loss, but getting the diet on track is the most important thing. Good luck with the nutritionist.

Congrats in the size of pants. Very encouraging. Good luck with your nutritionist. Thinking about checking one out myself. Also going to run my first 10k in june, okay its going to be a mud run but what fun. Maybe we should start a group or challenge...
